Our Book is dedicated to helping young children process their feelings after the death of a loved one. It aids having sensitive conversations with children about bereavement.

The book encourages children to express themselves by writing, cutting, sticking, drawing and colouring as they feel comfortable. There are no rules, as this is their book, allowing their emotions and creativity to flow freely.
